The current official page shows 7,000 points for the referrer; the friend may receive up to 13,000 points for MNP or 10,000 for other new sign-ups.

Eligibility

The campaign covers specified Rakuten Saikyo plans and requires the friend to satisfy first-time application, activation and Rakuten Link conditions.

Steps

Open the personalized referral link, sign in with a Rakuten ID, apply for the eligible plan, then complete activation and the required Rakuten Link use on time.

Timing

Points are awarded in installments over the months listed on the official page, not all at once.
