Referral value depends on the card and personalized offer. Sign in on the site or app instead of relying on a fixed public amount.
Eligibility
The referrer must be the primary cardholder in good standing. The friend must use the link and generally be new to Capital One’s mainstream cards.
Steps
Find Refer a Friend on the account details page, copy the unique link and let the friend complete the application privately.
Timing
The bonus is automatic after approval and may take up to eight weeks. Eligible accounts can use the Referral tracker.
Important note
The bank does not reveal the friend’s credit decision. Annual earning caps follow the personalized terms.
